Page Setup Group

This group controls how the document appears on paper and how content is arranged on the page.

• Margins: Set space between text and paper edges.
  ➤ Options: Normal, Narrow, Wide, or Custom.
• Orientation: Choose between:
  • Portrait (vertical)
  • Landscape (horizontal)
• Size: Set the paper size for printing.
  ➤ Common sizes: A4, A5, Letter, Legal.
• Columns: Split text into multiple vertical columns (like a newspaper).
  ➤ Max: 13 columns
  ➤ Can add spacing or a vertical line between columns.
• Breaks: Insert breaks in the document:
  • Page Break: Move content to next page
  • Section Break: Create separate formatting zones
  • Column Break, Odd/Even Page Break
• Line Numbers: Adds numbers beside lines in the margin (for referencing).
  ➤ Options to restart on each page, section, or remove from selected paragraphs.
• Hyphenation: Automatically breaks long words at line ends.
  ➤ Makes text neater and better spaced across lines.
