How Many Types of Primary Memory?

Answer: There are two main types of primary memory: • A) RAM (Random Access Memory): Temporary storage that allows data to be read and written quickly. It is volatile and loses its content when the computer is powered off. • B) ROM (Read-Only Memory): Permanent storage that contains essential instructions for booting the computer. It is non-volatile and retains data even when the power is off.
